Amazing how one person can tear your happiness apart without a word

Can someone please give me an idea for a poem i havent written one in 3 months

Im so used to writing sad poems and now that im happy I cant write a single line I guess im scared of how stupid it will sound

Happiness thrown away
again...

Now I may have lost him for good now

I went to prom with someone else but the whole night I wished it was him...

What hurts the most is that ive been acting like im over him when all this time im still in love with him and I don't want anybody but him...

A slit on my wrist
for every time we kissed
