The daylight is waning....
crimson hues tinge the azure blue sky...
Drifting through a crystal sea,
Of twisting, turning faceless dreams...
Through the tangled wraiths of your innocent lies,
Resurrected hues of the truth shall rise...
We ran to catch the morning dew
it was childhood, we lost our way...
It’s pitch black
I can’t see a thing...
They prostituted their body and mind
Never knowing what they left behind...
Amorphous shadows lay deathly still
As the purest of blood did flow...
What do you hide, angel eyes?
-placid lakes of unshed tears...
Mellow hues of a blood red sun,
Caste crimson shadows on my grave...
I can feel it now...
The cold metal kiss of the gun...
I’m laying flat on my bed
Making friends with the shadows...
city lights twinkle slowly
the neon wilderness speaks only...
