I thought
they would blossom...
I surrender myself
to the ethereal dance and sway...
there’s a surging
under her skin...
long rain cascades
morphs into a lyrical chant...
what awaits the night
of my radiant dreams...
somewhere deep under
there’s a poet in me...
solitude, a magical realm
enveloped in tranquil hush...
this poem is an outburst
of unfettered emotions...
where is the need to rake the fire?
the flames never wither...
autumn gust—
one by one...
And here we are
coursing upstream...
I write,
fill my days with verses...
