How do you answer the question "whats wrong?" when really nothings right..

When you left my life, I had nothing else to live for, because you were my life and my happiness, and without you i have no life or happiness

So I don't know what's real and what's not
Always confusing the thoughts in my head
So I can't trust myself anymore
Im dying again
