The heart is the true measure of character and, what we say we are about...the contents of the heart, is demonstrated by our actions.

I put forth a conscious effort to show kindness to others and the reason for this is simple. As a humble servant of a higher authority, I endeavor to seek and do the good. I do unto others.

Worry naught for the future;beauty will indeed still exist there.

Disappointment in life is like a toothache. While there, it is painfully apparent. Once gone...'tis forgotten.

When feeling down...take a smile, hold it in your hands close to your heart, and place it within your heart. Question the smile about how you feel. The smile will respond:"You feel fine."
