Stare down at my hand, see the blood running down,
Dropping on the floor, puddles of my pain...
Her eyes remained a gentle blue,
and the wires that grow from her head...
Drop a tear,
Miss a vein...
I remember back when we used to say,
That we'd fight together for everyday...
The painful tears I cry at your absence,
Are what makes my soul so weak...
Open up your window, and come and speak to me,
I see you hiding in your corner, shaking...
Come and lay beside me, don't speak a single word,
I'll sing you to your eternal sleep...
She sits and tries to pull a smile,
Waiting for the day to end...
You don't see the tears that run,
So freely from my hazel eyes...
Staring out the window as the sun is going down,
Eating toffee popcorn, and not wearing a frown...
She turns out the light, and folds up her wings,
Lays on her side, as the alarm clock rings...
Does it make you stronger when you see me cry?
Does it fill you up with happiness when I bleed...
