Apathy has consumed our eyes
Nurturing blindness coats our words...
An aged tree stands alone between
A sleeping meadow...
The air was to dry to breathe
And the sun always forgot to shine...
We are not alone tonight
And I somehow can agree...
From the tops of dying trees,
anguish falls upon my calloused face...
Aged old eras linger through this feeble mind.
Overlapping waves of sensation unwind...
Everything is done
nobody really knows who they are...
We were one soul in two bodies
Nobody could understand...
Above all, we could see
The person that I know inside but...
Without life, lived well
the beauty of the world...
Wake up they say
A vague memory of you and me...
The smell of winter
forms the loneliness...
