For anyone who didn't get their poems in on time I'm sorry but I did pm you and remind you =) I can't afford to extend the deadline as I'm going away next Friday! Now listed are the poems that I received.

I thought it was time I gave this a go =)

Your eyes show passion,
And lost hopes.

While you die inside.

You know very well you can't forget me,
Or better yet lie to me.
There's still no other man,
That can make you fall in love.

If before love was invented,
I was already loving you.
Not even the love of Romeo and Juliet,
Got to be as big as this.

I'm going to be honest and confess,
I'm not lying when I say I miss you.
Even through all this time that passed,
I still keep your picture in my head.

Where will this love, this ilusion go?
I ask myself all the time.
I know I have failed to notice your love,
But your pride and attitude revive me.

You deny feeling love, hiding passion
And you turn me down also.
With me you can't, I know you well,
You still love me.

It doesn't matter
If you let me go today,
You will miss me tomorrow,
And days after that.

Today you hide what you feel,
And you think you will convince me.
You even say you hate me,
That the love has gone away.

Look at me straight in the eye,
And tell me that you don't love me.
Then, I will no longer write these poems,
I won't say any more words.

You hesitate to tell me you don't love me,
That it was all in the past.
But love can't be forgotten,
It stays there forever.

In your diary there's a story,
Of two lovers very much in love.
The novels and poetry of love,
Will live by your side forever.

Remember I made you a woman,
In that night filled with passion.
When I would sing to you with my guitar,
And then you would kiss me.

Knowing that you love me.

light up on my t.v. screen - -
singing songs to all these children,
but leaving me completely be.

Just tonight I watched you yell,
across the ocean, into the desert
saying you miss your family,
but forgetting any phone calls.

Just tonight I stated words,
that I never knew existed,
I watched you slit my heart
and burn my organs down.

Just tonight I cried those tears,
from thoughts such as these,
metaphorically explaining. . .
a dad with a mental disease.

One that cannot love,
nor think on his own - -
but, one that makes a living,
but can't pick up the phone.

Save Me

Save me from this rotting world,
Wipe away my tears,
Help me understand this pain,
Absolve me of my fears.

Rescue me, out in the night,
Take me from the cold,
Wrap me in your tenderness,
Watch it all unfold.

Make me stand upon my feet,
Too see what's really true,
Strength is found beneath this skin,

I would like to stay like this forever
although my yearnings melt
with each breath, stinging soul.

I would like to stay like this-
satin moments, sweetened flavors,
each day gliding within unawareness-
sleepy mountains and silent dreams
concealed in mind, kept for eternity.

Dancing through the night-
two hearts, denying responsibility;
simple pleasures grab the mind,
merging with inner complexness.

I would like to stay like this forever
although the price's truly too high;
emotions whisper laced ballads.

I would like to stay like this-
melodies caress senses, too close,
each second drips like golden sand-
satisfaction slumbers within chest
lulled with desires, locked inside.

Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic

Ashy glances behind laced veils
reveal inner thunders that crawl
wearing cloaks weaved with storms-
elegant body language whispers secrets.

Music ignites motions, surreal-
moving across the moonlit floors
spinning within hues of outburst,
swirling with such passion and grace.

Drumbeats repaint soul
with karmic, maroon and red ink
writing the night away, laughing
as flowing attention heals wounds.

Fingertips glide down the body
hypnotizing traces of reasoning,
complimenting ardent silhouette
which sways amongst the stars.

Every little thing she does is magic,
dazzled by diamond fantasies,
with silver glistening within pupils-
elegant body language whispers secrets.

Take A Bow. [Now It's All Over]

A beautiful little angel on a pedestal,
With a conscience that holds you down.
A smile built with artificial confidence;
You do anything just to skip out of town.

You've got your clock stuck on 11:11,
And irony tends to slap you in the face.
You've got ghosts following your footprints,
Oh, they're running you out of this race.

Memories come back like your latest cancer,
The venom in each one, tears you up inside.
And there's a hammer in your hand,
There's so much you're beyond ready to hide.

You're a small peck on top of that pedestal;
I'm afraid luck and lies won't last you forever,
These crystal waves will come down one day -
So go ahead and take a bow. [Now it's all over]

Tiny Little Fractures

My soul, to you, looks whole,
Though you cannot see,
The tiny, little faults,
Dividing all of me.

For every tear I've cried,
For every ounce of pain,
A piece of me has broken,
Though I still remain.

Tiny little fractures,
Memories which lay broken,
Sunny days, somewhere ahead,
Of rarely, are they spoken.

Healing comes with time,
And never without work,
You must find the strength inside,
A duty we can't shirk.

Wallow in the mire,
Until the day you die,
You'll see the life you wasted,
Always asking why?

Another cannot see,
Or ever truly fix,
The things we love to break,
Behind this wall of bricks.

overflowing with things you never said.
Take a pen, or even a pencil if you prefer,

I want my heart to skip a beat, maybe even two,
as I open the letter to all my uncertainties.

and build with anticipation and unneeded worries.

I felt you so close,

Look at that honey, once more you're performing for the crowd
Should get a standing ovation for that splendid performance
Isn't it such a shame that you've yet to realize I've clicked on
Able to see past your glittering makeup and pretty stage outfits

And yet you still have everyone else so pleasantly fooled
Darling we both know the true colors behind your mask
No point hiding your mendacious heart behind that pretty picture
Didn't you realize you have picked the wrong person to fool?

And as I see you staring my way, the switch finally clicks
Know that you know I'm able to see past your falsified beauty
Just for a second see a flicker of fear flash in your baby blues
As you become aware not everyone will be deceived by your charm

As a small smirk begins to graze my disgruntled expression
See you become aware you just may have finally met your match
It's going to be fun to knock you a few pegs of your pedestal
Tell me though, are you even going to make this a challenge?

No point in pretending to be little miss sunshine any longer
Honey I already know the truth about your ugly colors inside

Thoughts so breathtaking tenderly melt her heart
There is a boy with eyes so strong and love so sweet
Always speaking those charming and modest words
Lifting her higher; footsteps kiss weightless clouds
Holding her effortlessly within his arms; protection
As they blissfully dance the wee hours of night away
Moon glistens gently in her eyes; declaration of love

Sneaking innocent kisses in the warm summer rain
Lost in his arms; warmed by a magnificent fireplace
These images so beautiful send her heart into frenzy
Endless days filled with love and nights with dreams
His undying love always alive in her passionate heart
Never is she to be alone with his presence always near
Young girl finally feels the comfort of infinite security
Overwhelming with love; heart finds the wings to fly

These tender images softly dance around in her mind
Meanwhile a delightful smile erupts on her silky lips
Just contemplating of how amazing they'd be together
Make her blush with pleasure revealing true happiness
No one treasures the love she eternally feels for him
Shoving it aside as merely just another immature crush
These feelings so wholesome and true; they can make it
The depth of her emotions reflect in her radiant eyes

Unexpectedly there's a light tapping on her shoulder
Slowly she opens her eyes; empty classroom in view
Before her stands a boy; eyes so strong, love so sweet
Anticipation in his eyes; alluring scent begins to tempt
"Ready to rush to class?" speaks words from his lips
As she gradually departs from her classroom chair
The beaming yet innocent smile on her lips reveals

Chained and condemned to be in eternal darkness
Doomed to live in despair and heartache for eternity
Until you entered, then you alluminated my world.
You broke my bonds and held me in your arms gently.

Drowning inside a world of chaos and damnation.
Suffocating on the evil and pollution of man,
You rescued me, brought breath back into my soul
Dragging me out, never letting go of my hand.

Frozen from the cold that lies in hearts of humanity
I was shivering inside the cruelty of the universe.
You held me, brought heat back into my heart.
Protecting and saving me from the world's worse.

Battered and abused by the blows of man's words
Rebuked and harrassed by the eyes of those close
You defended me from them and kept me safe

I can hear the lonesome sound
Of the sky as it cries.

Feel the touch
Of tears that fall
...They won't fall forever

All things come,

Listen to the rain
Here it comes again
Hear it in the rain

Late at night
I drift away -
I can hear you calling,
And my name
Is in the rain,
Leaves on trees whispering,
Deep blue sea's mysteries.

Even when
This moment ends,
Can't let go this feeling.
Everything

In the sound,

Exchanging skin
we'll reach liquidized perfection,
once,
on the place where the ribbon of years refract
coloring days in scarlet angels.

These lights that lurk
and run within panther's body
are particles of floral perfection.

Fragrance of death is in the air,
really?
or that is just yours hallucination, too real
which slept on your tongue?
My goal is to create
illusion of essence
while you read words that sleep in my mind.

Burning signature on the sky
is a reflector which highlights
omnipresent touch of home
that assembled around unexplainable art.

Every little thing he does is magic

I'm aware that these lights filled with shadows
allow me to ignite and burn down the stage
when the curtain soak with darkness
and double, surreal beings expose.
However, every little thing was magic
and he assimilated to the warmness of the cage
so the visions are just ashes now.

He is a healer,
and he connected tentacles of deserted islands,
giving to hypnotized followers
consolation of green, shaky security.

Apocalypse chiseled life in pieces
but lost silhouettes stood still
because he is a healer,
executor of electric ending.

The sea was pondered
by the uncommon
distances which tie to
oxygen within
circus that the panic created.

Truly,
they stared in wonder like I did-
cause every little thing he,
bloodstained dragon, does
is magic.

I have seen the rain please

Tiny little fractures.

Step by step, he walks a lonely twisted road,
He walks all day long, he walks all night.
And his heart is the only sword,
And his soul is the only source of light.

Every step leaves footprints on the ground
And tiny little fractures on his heart.
And he keeps going, even when he's tired
He falls, he rises, and he steps aside...

But every time he's on the road back again,
Striding forward with his head held high,
Knowing the goals he wants to gain,
Not letting life pass him by.

Still fractures are being left on the heart of him:
Some - aching, some - beautiful like flame,
Some are as simple as they seem,
Some are puzzling, but none are the same.

He walks his life road bravely, not scared of mistakes.
He's not a hero, he's a human - just like you and I
He just lives, and every little step he ever takes
Leaves tiny little fractures on his heart.
