New clubs

I just started a club. And I had a friend of mine with the correct awards and such apply. Her name shows up on the applying assistants thing. And when I click accept it says that I have accepted her. But When I go back to see who has applied and such, her name is still under the applying assistants thing. So I can't post anything in the club discussion board or anything. Any one know what's going on with that?

For quite some time now, there have been some problems with new clubs getting assistants.

We are not sure when that will be fixed.
