I hate being the tallest person out of my group of freinds..

Does anyone know how i feel

Actually being the tallest is a good thing, it sets you apart from the other girls...

But I guess everyone craves to be like everyone else.. Normal

Well i hate being the shortest im only 5'3 and all my friends are like 5'7 and taller!! how would u always be the shortest it sucks lol! jsut as much

Lol Jordan... same here! Im 5'4" and everybody else is taller than me, but its okay cuz then i dont have to complain about not being able to wear heels on my dates. ;-)

Try being 5"1' Talk about short...One of my friends is the same height as me and one is 4" 11' but all my other friends are way taller than me...But it doesn't bother me at all.

I'm really short but my boyfriend is over a foot taller at 6''4'. Everyone assumes I'm years younger because of my lack of height and baby face.

You know what? Short people wanna be tall; tall people wanna be short. People with curly hair want straight hair; people with straight hair want curly hair. Nobody's ever happy.

So stop comparing yourself to your friends. It will only make you feel worse about yourself, or make you feel superior to them. Who really cares anyway?

Im 5'8.5" and still growing. that was a year ago i got measured as that. i think im about 5'9" now. and i love being tall. its amazing. one of my best friends is 4'11" and the other is 5"5" or something. and im taller then most of my guy friends and i love it.

so i guess i cant really relate. i used to hate it. but theres nothing i can do about it. its not like ima shrink or anything.

I'm 5'11 and so yea i am pretty tall i am a freshmen in highschool and i enjoy it sometimes.. cuz yea i stand out... but sometimes it sucks cuz i dont like going out with guys that are shorter than me.... so yea almost all the guys that r taller are way out of my age range... ugh it sucks...

At our school play I was the second tallest in the play so at the curtain call In felt really akward. The only one taller than me was a year older.

I wish I was a lil bit taller .. I wish I was a balla .. I wish I had a girl who looked good I would call her.

My best friend is 5'9 and I am 5'2 but it never bothered me.

I always looked at it as every girl in my group is beautiful and unique in our own way and we just like each others company. We don't have to be the same to do that. Being tall is great, and being short is great too. It's just how you imbrace it. Love your body dearie, cause it's not about to change anytime soon.

I'm the best part of 6'4", and most of my friends don't even come close to 6'. I wouldn't worry yourself with being the tallest in your group it's just a part of life that people are different. Think of it this way, you're one of the few that can say, in all honesty, "Every single one of my friends looks up to me."

Haha from my primary group of friends, im the tallest, and from my high school group of friends, im the shortest. its actually really hilarious. But neways... im 160 cm i think. or something random like that.

I know exactly how that feels. Sometimes it's a great feeling; knowing you can see the world from a point where not many others can, lol. But I do understand what it feels like to stand out when you don't want to. I'm only 16 but verging on 5.9. I'd say I don't feel normal...but then again, there is no such thing as 'normal'.

No need to worry. Take your height in your stride. If anyone has a problem with it, tower over them and give them a piece of your mind.

I am 5'3 and 3/4 *talk about exact.. hehe* and my friends are like 6'2, 5'11 and 5'10! But my bf is like 5'7... so it all works out! lol...But being short means that you get to look at peoples faces.. not at the top of their heads. But being tall, you get to see all the good spots at dances or concert.. lol so theres benefits to everything! lol..

Being tall isnt all that bad i guess....i wouldnt really know. Im the shortest one in my group of friends...im almost 18 years old and im only 4'9 1/2" tall. so, just be glad that you are who you are and thats what makes you unique.

Meh, I wouldn't have mind if I were a little taller but hey, than my mother should have picked an other and longer daddy for me and I'm quite pleased with the one I have now. ^^

And being tall has it's advantages, at least you can look over crowds and reach for the top shelves (most of the time they hide the cookies there.)
And Bob was right, there're worse things on this world than being taller than your friends. Be happy you have friends!

Bahahaha! i feel for ya, bro! i'm 5'11", and all of my friends(guys and girls) range from 5'0"-5'10". The tallest person that comes very close is my ex, and i'm taller than him now! >P lots of ppl wish they were as tall as me, but i tell them to forget it! //_^

I'm 5'9" 1/2 so yes I do understand how you feel. it is a (fill in the word) not being able to wear heels and not looking like an eye sore in a bunch of people.

Oh yes Jerrod. Short girls are hot too. It just hurts my back a bit though when I lean down to give 'em a kiss though. I'm 6'0, not terribly tall but old wounds from car accidents do not help at all.

I am the tallest person of all my friends, at least the majority, but no, I don't hate it at all. I'm sure some of your friends are jealous of your height. It's kind of like hair. If you have straight hair you want curly hair, if you have curly hair you want straight hair. Gotta learn to accept yourself as you are.
