Request for a goodbye poem

Hi there!
I juz wanted to request if somedody could tell me were would I found a poem about sayin goodbye to a friend you love (not juz a friends love)..

i juz can't really make one.. i have tried many times but not just satisfy with my work.. I want to have it.. to post it on my workplace and to remember that I should give him up coz everything was juz a dream

Try my "A Lasting Memory" I wrote it for a guy I was madly in love with but knew it would never work. Maybe it will help!
