ALL MEMBERS: Poll about praising

    1. Senior members: Do you actively seek out praiseworthy comments on poems other than your own?

    2. Everyone: Do you even care to learn how to leave a praiseworthy comment?

    3. Non-Senior members: Would you REALLY use the praise tool properly if that option were given back to you? (meaning... praising only praiseworthy comments and not comments like "Good work", "loved it", etc.)

    Yes actually I do.
Although I may have only praised a comment once.
Yes I do know how to leave praiseworthy comments as long as the poem is worth that. It may be wrong, but I don`t like to waste time on a well though out comment when the poem is not that great. Get my drift? :D
I actually get mad when I see those stupid comments saying "Great poem 5/5 comment back." I hate it. Lol.

    Just a bragging side note-
I am quite proud to say that one week I won the most praised comments award/contest. I had six of my comments praised :]]

I've always been interested in using it, but of had internal questioning on what I should praise and shouldnt.

1- Not as often as I should, I will admit it lol

2- I leave an honest comment about whatever piece I read, if I like it I say why and offer my praise, if I don't I offer my opinion of what I think could be improved and encourage them to keep on

    3-N/A

(And I just went and found some comments to praise because I felt guilty lol Slim pickings, it took a while lol)

Thanks for the good input so far. I'd like to see many more responses to this thread.

Leth: you can go here http://www.poems-and-quotes.com/comment_praise.html to get some guidelines for giving praiseworthy comments. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Tasteless: yes, feel free to dig up old comments that are truly praiseworthy.
