sorry if this is a bad suggestion BUT if you want him back really really bad, find out what she wont do for him and tell him you'll do it (most likely she wont do something sex related, ex. anal, swallow, etc. you get the point)

Dude! no way dont do that! if you actually go through that whole process you'll probably end up doing something you're uncomfortable with and regret it later. you might even start to hate the guy for it. no offense though allen. try talking to the guy about it, if you're too shy to talk to him about something like this, he probably isnt the guy for you. it hurts but you might want to just try to find someone else, you might just find that the new guy is better than the old.

Ah, I too have been in that situation. Took me four odd months before I could finally move on and find someone else.
Just remember, as much as it hurts right now, soon you will be able to find someone else and be happy.
