Can Anyone Tell Me?

Can anyone tell me why I still call my ex when I have a new boyfriend? Why my ex is my #2 on MySpace? Or why I'm excided that he's coming back to school soon? Why he's on my mind all the time? Why I can't stop talking to him on the phone?

Hun, you still like him. but those feelings will go away in time. my ex used to call me and tell me about this girl(it was a different one every 2 weeks or so), and he'd tell me that he was going to ask her out, but the real reason he did that, was because he wanted to see in my voice whether i still had feelings for him. i still do, but, in time, i'm hoping it'll go away. :)

I sort of agree with mike though, there can be a possibilty of it happening, needless to say I'm guilty of being in that situation before, and having my ex be almost like a best FRIEND to me (and only as a friend)
But that's just me, most people are find it hard to draw that line between friends/more than friends after a relationship...but it is possible.

Sam you're the only one who know your true feelings deep inside, if it's not the above, then it really is that you obviously still have alot of feelings for your ex bf which in that case will be unfair to everyone involved.

I'm starting to agree with Mike. I think I still love him but in a Brother kind of love. My ex was there for me through so much, and i trust him...but i am in love with my new boyfriend, he's a great guy, and i don't know where i'd be w/o him...

Because you still like him/have feelings for him... you were never over him...

As I read your words it only confirmed my sense that im not alone in this word. Let me guess your happy with your life but you cant seem to get him out of your mind? You remember the way he used to hold you and the memories you shared? I cant stop thinking about him and it doesn’t help that he knows he still has that control over me what I suggest you do is to try with all your might not to let him know how much he still matters to you. I know its tough and I hope it works out for you.

Because you miss him
You want him back in your life
Or your not really happy with your new boyfriend...
Either way
He makes you happy and there is nothing wrong with that

Just follow what makes u happy and what ur heart beats!

Just follow your heart but try not to hurt anyone. work out who you like out of the two and let one down gently. dont try to choose both at the same time if u no wat i mean
