Anyone have a working reltionship? Too many broken ones...

Hey, I'm not complaining about anything. I don't have a problem either. Which seems to be all anyone has on the love topic.

I would really like to know if theres anyone out there who has a great relationship that they wouldn't trade for the world.

I have a girlfriend from Egypt, I live in Pennsylvania, USA... and yes, its obviously an online relationship.

I've never felt closer to anyone in my life. I really feel that shes the one... our personalities click so well.

I haven't met her in person yet, but we're going to probably this summer... And hopefully it goes well.

Anyway, I'm totally in love with this girl and I wouldn't trade her for the world. Shes smart, funny... everything I could ever wish for. And I couldn't be happier! :)

I hope someone else is kinda on the same page. :)

I love this guy with all my heart and yeah we have our ups and downs but relationships arent perfect.
but being with him is.
When i am in his arms everything fades away till its just me and him.

Relationship? pffttt...I haven't had one in years.

Lets see it's been 4 years since I've actually been in a relationship.

Hahaha...yeah I just pull a lot of my poems out of my head, no real influence or anything. Most of my earlier work is influenced by "love" or past relationships. But for the most part nothing that I write is true, nor came from influence of a relationship.

P.S. Thank you for the praise, but I am sure there are a lot better writters out than me that write love poems.

We have our ups and down but he is the only one who can make me feel beautiful and happy about myself.
I love him with all my heart and it's lying in bed at night cuddling him like a pillow when i know for definite he's the one and i'm at my happiest.
When he asked me to marry him i was made up =)

I wouldn't give Jon up for the world. We've been together a year and 3 months and, although I've moved across the Atlantic, we're still really strong. I feel so lucky to have him and really do love him so much. I get to see him again on Saturday!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited =D

My relationship is working so far...its been two months and its been great so far! He is sweet, honest,funny, i can trust him, and he has been there for me! I love him! My relationship has been great so far!

In April we have been together for 10 years, known each other for 12. We have had our moments, but we made it through them and we are stronger for it.

I have the most wonderful boyfriend
he is perfect for me and although he lives in a different state we are very much inlove
he is the world to me and i would give up anything for him

I'm in a pretty great relationship. I never expected it to last as long as it has, but we've been together close to two years and we're very happy together.

I had the best relationship ever.
it was complex, it was long distance, and we were young, like 14, but it was beautiful.
he lived in pa and i live here in florida, but we made it work for 3 years.
he would skip school for days at a time and just drive down here to see me, write me songs, leave me the longest sweetest voice mails, say sweet things, his intentions were always the best.
i would have given anything up to be with him.
in 9th grade, he was killed in a car accident..just after our 3 year anniversary.

I've been with my boyfriend for over two years. Before we got together we were wrecks. Depressed, suicidal, horrible. :/ Heh...I joke about that God said, "Gee...He's sad, she's messed up....Let's see what happens if I put them together!" I met him in eighth grade. We had a class together. We were casual friends that said hi to each other and spoke of movies. When we went to high school all of our friends went to another one. We were left alone. Kip and I happened to have the same lunch period and since we were the first people we recognized we sat together. From that day on we became closer and closer until I considered him my best friend. One day he said, "I don't know why, but I thought you were kind of cute in eighth grade..." I got butterflies. I wasn't use to getting complements. Especially not like that. We each got on the computer that night and spoke through email and then on AIM for a while. We talked for five hours. We both decided that we should date. That was December 2nd of 2005. :) He revealed to me that he had his eye on me for quite some time. Since the moment he saw me. Before we ever met. I was clueless. I had no idea and I would have never guessed that he liked me. After all in eighth grade , when we met, we were casual friends so I didn't suspect a thing. We love each other very much and we've never had a fight. I'm not bragging or lying. We really never have had a fight. We don't see a point in fighting nor do we have things to fight about. It's nice...At school...Some of our friends say that out of all of the couples they know we're the ones they're betting will actually make it. :) I love Kip. <3 I wouldn't leave him for anything.

Wow, I'm really glad to have had soo many responses to this. Because being in love is wonderful... And it just was looking terrible from all the other topics in this forum. Everyones having problems and I wanted to read something that makes me smile.

Needless to say, reading about other peoples happiness in their relationships makes me very happy. I'm really glad to hear you're all doing well!

I have a relationship about almost 5 months now

I have a working relationship. We've practically been together for a month.. and I've fallen so madly in love with him, at times it's kind of scary.

But... it is amazing, honestly. He always reminds me that he loves me. Right now, I couldn't be any happier. I haven't frowned once in days. He misses me probably as much as I miss him, and always reminds me that he loves me. He even sent me a 3 page long email today... Gah, he's so amazing. I love him so much.

I've been seeing a fellow for about 5 months now. We've been taking it real slow... really only became more official these last three months or so. It's good, though : ). I had just gotten out of a rather destructive relationship right before, and this new fellow just makes me feel... cheerful. Peaceful. Excited. Occasionally giggly, but don't tell anyone.
