Look up crunches and stuff where you don't need equipment, and don't eat snacks.. just three small meals a day. If you need a snack though.. fruit.. and if you drink anything, water or juice. if you get hunger pains, read or do something to take your mind off of it.. also 100% juice lollies are good to snack on. are you sure you're overweight though? Maybe she won't let you diet because you're already skinny. |

^ Good points. Everyone has good ideas. I'm not sure what you mean by you think you're fat and need to go on a diet and he/she wont let you.... Thats weird. Just eat right and pay a little attention to what you're eating and how much.... Trick your metableism (spelling??) by eating more one day then less the next.... I dunno. I'm sure you're totally not fat at all. |
