Classmate & Suicide = City Grief

One of my classmates attempted and 'succeded' in suicide. It was a shock to us all because, he was a high honor roll student, bowled on a bowling team, loved sports and everything. He looked happy, but yet I wish I would've known something was going to happen. He attempted on March 20, 2008. 2 months and 6 days before his 16th birthday. That was on a Thursday night. I guess he left a note to his mom and when his mom got home from work, she found him dead. His funeral was today, I walked to the church but I couldn't get myself to walk in. I had all these thoughts racing in my head, of how many people would miss in. I had to walk away with tears in my eyes. My heart hurt so much.

when i was a sophomore in high school there was a girl I kind of talked too. She was in one of my classes but was quiet and never talked to anyone...
When we went away for the summer she drove her car out to the lake and shot herself...they found her a few days later right next to her car. I didnt find out until I went back to school after summer was over... like I said she didnt talk to anyone and was always made fun of....you could tell that she was sad and was a depressed person. But I actually now wish that I could of talked to her more... No one in school really knew her... but it is sad, everyone was shocked to find out that she had done that...

I had a guy in my school try to commit and he had to be put in the hospital for 2 months. nobody want to talk to him and when they do they are very carful of what they say around him.....but what they dont know is that there are many more of us at my school whom have attemped but failed and they still talk to us like nothings wrong.

i think i was only because he was caught and hospitalized that they are acting that way..

but i am very sorry for your loss and i hope you are able to find something to help you through this difficult time in your life.
