Out of control

Sometimes I feel like my life is not my own and that i have no control over it. Its like a game like no one told me the rules to. But sometimes I don't think I'll make it to the finish alive. i was wondering if anyone else felt out of control? How can we gain control?

I always feel like i am out of control like no matter what discision i make nothing will ever turn out like it should... i am fighting for control now... i am an independent person and cant stand not to have control over my own life... and then i always end up soing something stupid so that i have control over something... you know.... and that is one of the reasons i started cutting..... because it was the one thing i could control.... i could control wether i bled or not by how hard i pushed the blade... and i could control how much i bled by how deep i made it go... it felt so good to control something finally....

dont get me wrong i am not encouraging anyone to cut. it is something i wish i had never started but its the only way i feel in control of my life.... weird yea....

I feel exactly the same, the truth is sometimes you just can't control your life, so I say go with the flow of your life when that happens cuz it's really hard not to

I think I understand what you are talking about. But I am sorry this isn't as specific as it could be. But I do know that I feell as if my life is being controled. Like you have no say in what you do, yet it is not anyone telling you what to do? Like there is some force making you do everything againts your will and you could possibly think you are nuts..

It's only natural that you feel that way.
Our lives are all like highways/roads. They're all set in concrete, you only have the freedom to choose where you're going.
But it's easy to miss the exits or to lose the directions.

^You're right about that one...you won't. We all die at the end. It's inevitable so don't expect any different.

I know how it feels
but life is like a crazy ride
that you just cant control.
You just have to try make the best out of
the situations thrown at you
