Poetry competition, scam or not?

I entered a poetry competition when I joined this site (beginning of this month). Today I have received notice about my poem reaching the semi finals and that it is going to be published.
I believe that this is a scam. The letter talks about buying a book with my poem in for 60 dollars. The company is called poetry.com. Do you know if it is a scam?
