What are praised comments?

I know this probably sounds like a stupid question but i honestly want to know. what exactlyy are they?

It means if you write a comment that somebody appreciates, and praise it, as in "thank" or "compliment" the comment, it is praised.

Hm yea i like the idea of it too...it combines a respectful enviornment for the writer and reader...the reader can praise you for your poem and you can praise them for reading it..
