Hey I had the same problem. Do one of 3 things, Either get a bf, give him a chance,or tell him stright up you like him aas a friend and theres just not romantic feelings there

First,to avoid some embarassing moments corner him when hes alone and ask him if he likes you if he says yes then tell him gently that hes one of your bet friends and you dont want to let a thing as stupid a dateing ruin you relationship

have u tell him already that u dont love him as what he wants?

I think you should tell him that you just see him as a friend and that ur other friend like him so he should give her a chance. Also tell him that if he is going to fight other guys because of you then tell him that if he keeps on doing that , that you can't talk to him if he is going to be that way. I think that you did u good job by avoiding him.
