Rhymer annoyance

I think that any aid to writing is fantastic when used properly. I would be lost without my dictionary, Thesaurus, and on-line rhyming dictionaries. Of course we must know the meaning of the word we choose from these rhyme sources

Hmmm, I think it's useful..sometimes you need help..

I think either way people are going to be rhyming and there are other sites you can gt it off of. And if it's helpful to other people then why get rid of it? And seriously, it's not like poetry has to be all "Deep" and filled with "Soul."

I like the rhymer, it's very useful and helps remind me of words I wouldn't be able to recall in my head. However, the word bank is full of nonsense words and names which shouldn't be in words banks, just like names aren't in dictionaries.

What's a rhymer?

I usually write my poetry on paper before posting it anywhere.

I use rhyming dictionaries as a last resort, sometimes looking at words sparks off ideas.

Thank you for all the posts, i think my mind has been made up now and i may use it if the need arises and although i've never been wholey against it i still think i will try to avoid it whenever possible.
