Hey, I'm going to agree with Cheekybaby. I tend to avoid my depressing songs when I'm actually depressed. I only ever listen to the really depressing songs when I want to get into that mood...for like writing or whatever.

I'll listen to things like Sarah MacLachlan (especially her "full of grace" b/c it brings back sad Buffy memories), Garbage, Snake River Conspiracy, Switchfoot, Velvet Underground, Elliot Smith, Our Lady Peace, or anything with Maynard James Keenan.

Specific songs might be, Christina Aguilera's "Walk Away," The Eagle's "Wasted Time," Dave Matthew's "Up and Away," Nirvana's "Heart Shaped Box," The Mamas&thePapas' "California Dreaming," Red Hot Chili Peppers "Californication," oh, and Gary Jules' "Mad World."

And please stop ganging up on xXForsakeNxX. Y'all don't even know her. May be she does like to look on the dark side of life, the glass half empty, so? That's her thing. Respect her for that. You so-called "optimists" shouldn't be so easily threatened.

Yes, but when somebody tells me that they don't like me saying it because it upsets them, I don't emphasise it anymore .. which you clearly did.

I did make sense.
I told you before that I'm ill and don't appreciate people telling me that they are ill.
You then decided it'd be amusing to post it again, emphasising the fact that you enjoy being ill.
I understand I do things that people don't like, but If they tell me, I try to stop, not do it more to annoy them.

M.E. But I've been ill since December '03. Bloody Doctors have diagnosed my illness about 4 different times since then.

M.E. is a post-virul infection. It makes you very lethargic and you tire very easily, general aches, nausea, flu-like symptoms for WEEKS on end.
With me, I get sensitivity to bright lights and loud sounds sometimes and my legs have a tendency to 'go to sleep.' .. WHich basically means I can be walking along the road and they'll just sort of not be able to support me so I'll fall to the floor. ..Temporarily putting me in a wheelchair.
Can you now understand why you've annoyed me?
