Need some advice

There is this guy that i dated and i am still in love with him and he says that he still likes me but he is about to leave so he doesn't know if we should get back together because he doesnt want to hurt me so i need to know how to convince him that we should take the risk and be together.

Well, it's obvious, tell him what you've told us. that if you really want to, you can make a long distance relationship work for you. personally, it's not for me, people can change when you don't see them in real life, so don't be shocked if when he comes back he's a little, if not completely different.

and also, he may not be able to have a long distance girlfriend. he might want the real thing to be there with him- which you can't deliver, and in that case, i wouldn't blame him.

Yeah I guess thanks for the advice. I am going to talk to him and I can understand the whole long distance relationship thing too but we've still got time, and i want to take advantage of that

Yeah I know. My ex kind of told me the same thing and everyone has the chance of getting hurt. You just have to take the chance and hope for the best.
