Lost a loved one?

I lost my ex boyfriend last month. He died of an accidental heroin overdose. This is not the first time Ive had to deal with a friend passing away to an overdose but this time its alot different. Not until yesterday did I start to realize that he is really gone. Even today I feel like hes still mad at me and that is why we havent talked. Less than a month before he passed away I hurt him pretty bad. I hooked up with his best friend cause I was confused and after he found out he didnt talk to me. I never got to apologize and he was my best friend. I need advice or something. I dont know what to do or how to relaize hes really dead.

My best advice is sit down with a good friend and talk. Not a computer screen.

Apologize now, just because physically he is not here, does not mean that you can't talk to him any longer. Sadly there are lots of times when things are not left the way we would wish, but that chances of that triple when such harsh addictions come into play.

Advice: if you have a lot of friends dieing from overdoses ......,you need other kinds of friends ....

I agree I lost a very close friend too this year she shot herself and I never got to say good-bye for I could not make myself go to the funeral so I said my good-byes from home and it took some time for I did not want to believe it and I now talk to her alot when I need to vent and all for we were very close and it will take time to get over your b/f as it will take me time as well but it does get easier for me for I have God to lean on for help so good luck and may God bless you.

I lost my friend about three weeks ago. He went to my school his name was Kenny and he was so damn awesome. He was shot to death because he was at the wrong place at the wrong time. I miss him so much and some ppl are being asses about it. But ppl are gonna talk and you can't shut everyone up. But I know that I will see him again, just not in this life time.

My little brother died.That was a while ago but i still never got over it.I tried to write some poems about him but it's just too sad.I feel guilty for not being there to protect him when he died.He was only five when it happened.
