Alone... Bath with candles (happens very rarely)

With someone (my daughter): Shower... in and out then put her to bed

Tell her the facts.. tell them how it makes you feel and that you love them.

Share with them other methods (like working out) that they can take to enduce the same high as cutting

If all else fails.... seek help... tell an adult or some one that you trust to find them the proper medical help and treatment that they need.
