Who's really perfect

in my life i've always had to try to be perfect: perfect grades perfect look perfect atttitude perfect at anythign i do
and all of this has destroyed my confidence
i just don't know what to do anymore i'm sick of everything
i feel like i don't care about anything anymore

luz, I felt like you do. Still do, kind of. STOP! While you still can, it pulls you into feeling inadiquate (sp sry!) Sinks you into a depression, ect. A lot of therapy has shown me that things will be ok, the world will not come to an end if I slip up every once in a while, and everyone will live if I am not the perfect daughter/friend/ect. for them.

whats the point in bringing this up again....ya dont even know if this person still goes on this site!!
