Newborn- Teat question?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can help me here, our baby is 1month old and he was using standard teats up until yesterday when we bought some variable flow teats,

We put one on and he couldnt handle the rate of flow at all and each time we fed him he would be sick.

We were advised by the health visitor to get these teats but they seem to much for him.

We were using the teat on the lowest setting and that was the results.

Anyone know of anything else we could do to help him feed faster without drowning him with baby milk?
