Toning or losing weight

    Hello everyone i need someone to help me... i have a very poor eatting habbit and i need some help with shaping my body back to the way it was before i had my baby. any help wanted but please no starting anything about having a baby

    Walking doesn't help tone my stomach and idk what type of exercises to do to help tone my stomach

    Situps work wonders, even if they are yucky. I do yoga and then I run for about 30 minutes each day. :) Hope that helps just a little bit. Hope you do well with this! Good luck!

    I have one of those huges ball things that you lay on and do sit ups on...and before i go to bed i do 200. it would be good it you did that or did like 100 in the morning and 100 at night or something.

    Just join the army do 3 months of basic and drop out? Kidding. Anyways, I used a lot of the exercises from this site to tone my upper body. And I jog 10k. About the diet thing make sure you check with your doctor before starting any sort of diet period your body is different than everyone elses.

    Tone your body...

    THeir are millions of ways to do this!

    I suggest going to the gym and getting a weight lifting trainer, because i do not know your size / build to be able to give any proper ideas :D

    You do not need weights to tone up at all, you can tone up just through your own bodyweight easily. Being why I linked what I linked.

    You just got to eat good sized meals not to big ^___^ and try exersising 3 times a day... 20 jumping jacks are a good start up because they get the blood circulating faster then other methods. :P You can also go for a light jog for 10 min and increase it every now and again to 15, 20 and so on. Dont push your self to much though, sit up crunches, push ups, yoga even and of corse arobics all help. i have wii fit so i just go on that for an hour or two a day ^____^ its quiet funny. you just got to pick your exercises carfully because swimming helps burn fat and tone you up quicker then running, and also skipping is better then running, always have to do that for kick boxing :P tires me out more then doing the running exercises.

    there are probably things in here that other people have said but i havent read them so i wouldnt know :D
