How do you know a guy is over you?

I don't know what to do? My Ex sends me a message that looks like a message he would send me when we when out.Does he still like me some one please help.

What does the message say?
We have no clue.

The message said that I should ask the guy I like out and I don't know if he is taking about me asking him out again. What do I do.

Just ask him.
Be like,"Okies.. listen here, mister. Are you dropping hints for me to ask you back out, or are you being a butt and talking about some other guy?"

If you have someone new then you definitely shouldn't be going back to the past. Actually, you really shouldn't be doing that anyways.
It's not good for you. And he's your ex for a reason.
Tell him you don't know what he's talking about and you have someone else.
