What does this mean?

Alright I got an email from my ex tonight, its been a day shy of two weeks since we last spoke via msn and exactly a month tomorrow since I saw her which just so happens to be her birthday. Here is the email:

"Hey,
I was going through my pictures today and i found these. I realized you never got them and im not sure if you even want them but just incase here they are. I really like the one of you and tobe so i thought you should have them.
I really miss talking to you and i think about you all the time.... I hope you're doing well and that you;re happy now. If you ever want to hang out let me know, I wouldn't mind seeing you. I totally understand if you don't want to so don't feel obligated to write back or even say anything to me if you don't want to. You know how to get a hold of me i'm always around...."

She always tip toes around things and says like, yeah I wouldn't be against hanging out with you or I wouldn't mind seeing you? Last weekend she told my best friend she loved me still... Its been 3 months since we broke up.

How am I supposed to react to this? Should I reply?

Well it depends ... do you still like her? do you want to try and get back together? if so it sounds like she would be interested in trying again ... so then yes reply. If you don't or are not sure either reply thanking her for the photos but dont suggests that you want to get back together...

you say "she always tip toes around things" that is most likely because she dosent want to be outright rejected so won't say that she really wants to get back together she will just hint at at ... a lot of girls do it, it means you can pretend you dont really care when you get rejected.

I really don't know what she wanted or was expecting to happen, but like I said it was her birthday today so I went over to her work and gave her the ring back I had thrown away right after she returned it... she said she wanted to hang out sometime still, and I said I couldn't do that anymore. At least I don't have to carry it around anymore like a burden, I'm pretty upset about it... like I thought if I found the ring it was a sign that maybe we might get back together and it just proved to be a ring lol. stupid old sentimental me.

But yeah the reasons we broke up were ridiculous, we went on a break and she started lying to me about going on dates with dudes so I ended it... and then I tried to win her back... so stupid, and prolly the reason she feels she can walk all over me and do as she pleases. I know that she's to blame for all of this, but I can't help but feel that I'm the one who's lost something special. Though its been over for a while, today was closure. Guess theres only up to go from here.
