DIY: I Smiled Today Because #47

It wasn't today, but i thought i should put it anyway: a few days ago it was 'random acts of kindness' day and we had pizza ordered for our history class at school just because we could. so for 2 hours we went around looking for money to tip the delivery guy. we got a $165-ish tip for him. then we got an e-mail from him saying that he split the tip with his co-workers and donated the rest to a cancer society.

I smiled because the first thing he said to me this morning was " You're beautiful . " It was cute and just because I ' ve got ah - mazing friends .

Well i smiled today because more and more ppl are being invited to my party now =]

and yesterday i smiled because my now 4 year old cousin, said "erika i love you. you are my best friend" it was adorable. =] and everyone at the mall (we were there w/ my mom and my baby sis and my step dad) thought she was my daughter. hehe. =p

I smiled today because of all of the sweet words he told me. He wasn't distant or cold like he sometimes is... he held on to me like he'd never let go. He told me such amazing and heart warming things. I even ran off and wrote another poem for him =) Gah! How I love him.

I smiled today because I enjoyed my two days off- even though I blew a tad too much money.

I smiled today because my daughter is getting her first tooth :)

I smiled again today because i got the best revenge possible for my trash talking coworkers. they have gone on the rampage of hating me, as i believe i said on here before...? and so i am avoiding working with them at all costs. today i went upstairs to the section NO ONE ever wants to work in, let alone BY THEMSELF. i had the 2nd larges section of macys all by myself (first biggest is juniors, where they had 4 ppl closing since i ditched them). but i surprised everyone by finishing everything and making it look amazing. and i got to leave 25 minutes early ^.^ juniors we leave about 10 min early usually. if that. 25 is a record ^.^

I signed the lease on my apartment! and start moving in today!!!

I smiled today because work tired me out. I was happy to come home.

I smiled today because i saw my crush in all his hottness walk right on past me.

but now i am afraid to look at him because i had my best friend invite him to my party. im so embarrassed. x.x

I smiled today because I got enough sleep, and I went to the fish store today. I haven't been for a while.

I smiled today because my nana is absolutely crazy and said, quote "people from other countries smell funny...their sweat glands are different. They can't help it. they just smell. but not germans. germans keep their cool so they don't sweat"

not to say I agree at all, but picture a 90 year old with white blonde hair and a smile to kill all smiles saying this and youll ge the pic

I smiled today because he makes me so happy. Every little message from him brings a big smile to my face. He makes my entire day in a matter of seconds. I love him.

I smiled today because I went for a run, and it felt great (in that crappy, sweaty, dying sort of way).

I smiled because it's my mom birthday today.

-one of my managers told me i was in charge of juniors tonight. i felt so proud. =] tomorrow will be 6 months since my first day, and i am third in line of power. when the other 2 arent working when i am (which is rare), i am in charge. im so proud =]

-i never have to go see my retarded teacher again. YAY!

-my crush, Joe (whom i call JoJoe [yes, spelled like that]), seemed like he'd miss me. you see, i am friends w/ him and we hang out in the same group. and he's going to be in mexico the entire summer. and we only hang out at lunch, and today was our last lunch period since we only have one class final tomorrow and then we're on summer vacation.

-i woke up and realized i fell asleep in my swim top. silly me.

-i realized that i do not need to have one of my other crushes to like me. (i have 3). i dont need any of them to like me. i'd be nice if the one i mentioned before liked me. because he's always been nice to me, and we've been flirting so much lately. like yesterday he was standing in front of me and he put my arms around him..like i was hugging him from behind. it was cute =]. and..lol. he's the only one in our group of friends that makes an effort to smell nice (my lunch friends are all guys except me). =]

-because i just thought about all the fun times w/ joe this year...we just met like....a couple months into the school year. -sigh- =]

-i got my new game for my wii in the mail.

-i preordered the game that i will be amazingly happy to get..but i have to wait til august =[. but i ordered it, so i'm on a list, and that is what matters.

i smiled and cried [tears of joy?] while watching tyra because it was engagements. and well..they make me emotional. i cant stand what i'll be like when im proposed to someday. lol

I smiled today because Harriet has the day off work... Not that it's good she has a migraine but it's good i get to spend all day with her :)
