Are we not allowed to offer constructive criticism?

I decided to offer my honest opinion to those gracing our front page. My comments were not offensive. One for example said Too many I's, me's , my's, too many filler words, lacked flow and structure and not deserving of the front page. Well, the next day my comment was deleted. I reposted it. I think it is a bunch of bull that someone would complain about my constructive criticism just because it is not what they want to hear. It is an even bigger crock of bull that a mod would actually delete my comment!!!!

No, we are not deleting constructive criticism... There is a glitch with the comments...

Joe explained it all towards the bottom of this thread:

It appears that ALOT of comments are disappearing...

It's an ongoing thing around here lol Someone truly interested in the craft should welcome all viewpoints, there is always room for improvement, no matter how good we think we are. I know I have gone to some of my old work and find many things to fix, but few comments point that out, I wish more people gave real comments instead of just nice work or whatever.

    True.

I don't claim to be any expert, but if I see something that could use improvement, i am going to point it out. This is after all a poetry site. I too, welcome suggestions. There is always room for improvements yes. Some people are just too sensitive and get their little feelers hurt........

    Thank you for your feedback.
