Why does he do this?

Ok here it goes...I wouldn't say my relationship is perfect.But is it natural that my bf likes picking arguments with me.He'll find something to argue about.like..." I love you more" or something really stupid.He turns small things into big arguments.He say's he doesn't want to have a huge fight later on,so he'll start a little argument.

He should probably come to the realization that no matter what inevitably one day you are going to have a fight and inciting one for no reason is not going to prevent it but add to it, he should just learn to sit back and enjoy the ride.

Perhaps he should grow up and realize he is not the only one in the relationship. He is asking dumb and is not veing very mature. I dont know how old he is but still

He does this because he is immature but he wants attention from you and if he says "I love you more" hes saying it so you will reasure him that you love him...Men are very confusing =p

He's about to be 18 and we have been together for a yr and 8 months.

Girls do the same thing, it is probably more of an insecurity issue because I don't see picking a fight preventing a future fight lol

I really belive that you should tell him how you feel and tell him that you really don't want to fight with him anymore. Well thats what I would do. Hope I helped.=)

Eh, my boyfriends the same way. Keep in mind that just because he's trying to start an argument, doesn't mean you have to argue with him. Maybe he's actually trying to tell you something important and doesn't know how to do it.

His age doesnt matter you know.... i know a 25 year old man who cant say penis without laughing.... age does not matter

Yeah like i always tell my girlfriend i love her more and we will argue and its never major. But like i do it i guess to hear her tell me that she loves me and just to play with her. But if its real fights then i would set him straight.

Make a joke out of it when he says stuff like that, not like laughing at him. but in a way you think it's sweet like say "aw baby i love you more too!!" n if he keeps insisting on a fight then just tell him to stop n say you love him but you don't want to fight, to save it for something serious. mhmmm :)

Tell him to be easy man cuz lifes to short to spend it all pissed off over every little thing. honestly.

My boyfriend will do little things like I love you more but it doesn't turn in to a fight for us...but everyone is different.

I think he's a kind of immature or something.. what's the point of arguing for stuffs like "i love you more".. "no i love you more..!!!"wwahhh!! .. thats so immature..
