girl i know how you feel but there isn't anything you can do. guys like girls who are fun and up beat so just try to do the best you can and maybe your friends can help you out go see a movie or do other fun stuff you enjoy doing let the guys come to you.

Stephanie's last line would be my advice for you too.....let the guys come to you.

Its hard and its lonely and it hurts, I know. But when you're falling down you tend to reach out for anyone that will grab on to you. This leads into finding the guys that are just in it for arse.

The darkness is not forever and the light WILL appear at the end of the tunnel when you least expect it.

There simply are no words that could ever mend your heart and help fill that empty void you are feeling inside. If that was the case, none of us would ever be heart broken and sites like this as well as the beautifull words of sadness contained therein would simply not exist...
But know this, think of heart break pain and solitude like the winters snow. Eventually, given it's proper time, it will simply melt away and give way back to the green fields where flowers grow. Think the same way of your heart. It too will heal and the pain will go away.

For the time being, you might try this.
Set yourself little goals/accomplishments on a daily basis. Start small. This can be anything. Just going out to the movies,
or accomplishing a specific task/project at work or school. Doing well in your favorite recreational activity, or finding that specific items you have been wanting to buy for the longest time.
Focus all your energy on whatever you set before you. Even if you should not
be able to accomplish whatever you set before yourself, the point here is
to keep yourself occupied with something you enjoy and before you know it,
you will be distracted from your pain for longer periods of time.
Until eventually it will just be gone.
Try listening to the "Baz Luhrman - Sunscreen Song", too if you like.
It's just something that really has a lot of good advise in it and brings into focus the things which we ought to care about.

Most important of all, don't give up hope. Ever! Know and believe that you will meet your Love. Sometimes the road we take just turns out not to be as straight forward as we would like perhaps. And sometimes we do have to travel alone.
But not forever. Only until winter passes and the snowfields melt...
