Are we allowed to...

... post up links in the "others" section leading to our own personal websites? I didn't want to unless it was allowed. So sorry if it's already been answered in the forum rules.

I'm not sure, but I have seen loads of links to a variety of different websites, so I'd say it's OK.

How about putting the link to your website in your profile.

well it's not really advertising...if its just a personal site i dont see what the problem would be, hmm...i think it should be fine and if it gets taken off then i guess it wasn't...lol

well, there is one for other poetry websites and such... but if it has nothing to do with poetry, then I think one of the "non-poetry" categories would be ok as long as it is a personal website... and not one that brings you any kind of income

Personally, I think the best place would be your profile, like Nici said.

Please correct me, if I'm wrong, Janis....

Well, it's not so much a "personal" website. It's an RPG messageboard, though I created it. It's already up in my profile, but really, not many people pay attention to the URL link authors list in their profile.

I couldn't see the link Scarlet. I'm interested, what kind of Role playing do you do at your site? I've been in a few and loved them...don't suppose you have any vampire/Elf/Jedi stories do you?

it already was answered properly... if it is a not for income website, then pretty much any forum category would be ok (like other, or members message forum)

ok, so I said if it's personal AND not for income... I guess I should have said personal and/or not for income...
