Seeing things.

I been seeing wierd things since I remember. Mostly dead people in cars around me when I'm walking around alone, it really freaks me out. Also, I have all the time feeling that someone is constlanty watching me. I have seen a woman in white many times and man covered in black. Simple question: Am I going insane? :D
And my dreams are also just horrofying. I can't even count how many times I have been stabbed, strangled, shot, beaten to death, one time I tried waking up as I was getting strangled in my dream and automatlicy my hand grabbed around my neck and I stopped breathing and I coulnd move myself either, so that was kinda freaky too. :D
So I'm just wondering If someone can relate to any of this. Would love to hear your storys and how you cope with it. And any advice is much appricated also:)

Have you seen a pro bout this? i was havng simular symtons along with other stuff and have since been diganosed with Macin depressive psychosis... what ur having could just be i=unfortunate or could be signs of scitzophrenia or something, prehaps you should talk to someone about it. it may be nuthing but its the best thing to do i was scared and had a friend make me go im glad i did
