Need help finding....

Oh my.. I don't know how to start this. Basically I need a poem that I can show to my boyfriend and help him understand how much I care. I rarely show how much I really care about someone and my own attempts to make one are failing miserably.

If anyone can reference one or give my ideas about how to write one I would be so grateful!
