what's the best way to write a poem

i think the best way is to write what you feel but make sure what you say is real not just something fake. something that really matters to you

what i do is watch a emotional movie, book, or stare at a photo for about 5 minutes, and ideas will flow to me eventually.

Often i find a good poem will come from a spear of the moment thought, a trigger.
Something that you see or feel that sparks that thing in your head, and KABOOM you write it down.

I find it hard to write when i force my feelings.
