LG enV2 Question

I just got a new phone today (enV2) and everything on it is locked; people who have one will know what I'm talking about. How do I get it to stay on "unlocked"? Is that possible?

Like the keyguard?
...if so it's in the options of the external screen, you can put it on to certain times or just completely turn it off. Its there though so you won't call your friends from your pocket.
