    Im trying to lose weight but i just cant. i need help. does anyone got any ideas for me.

    It's all about what you eat. Are you combining certin foods with others? plus it all depends on your body. Everyone varies. I suggest going online and researching it. Talk to your doctor for a safe healthy way and excersize.

    Cut down on the snacks, count calories, whenever you get like the munchies make it go away by diet pop or water.

    Drink TONS of water. Eat healthier foods, more veggies and fruits.. etc. Also check in with your doctor just to make sure you're not depriving yourself of anything vital to good health.

    Wait, aren't you the one who made a thread on wanting to have a baby? Honey, if you get pregnant, you'd won't be able to lose weight! lol Well, at least, not until afterwards. :P

    Im trying to loose weight too.... i eat special k cereal for breakfast with a banana, for lunch i have a yogurt and some weatthins...and i have a normal dinner...and i do a lot of crunches and i exersize a lot....ive already lost a lot of weight!

    I agree with whoever said this before.

    Weight Watchers is amazing. At least, it worked for me. For some people it didn't. Eating right is important and so is excersize, but it doesn't hurt to get some extra help. Like I said before, consult your doctor and see what they have to offer. But really, weight watchers is amazing. oh, and so is turning vegan. You lose inches like crazy. lol. :)

    Water?

    or if your into soda/juices, you can still drink them, just less. and dont g2 diet sodas, because i hear that makes you gain weight easier! =]

    Do exercise daily and why don't u try to join gym?take yoga classes and better to have diet food..

    Try the french thingy, if you eat really slowly, you feel full faster and you eat less. When you go to a party or something have small portions of everything, that way you eat less but get to try everything. Don't drink while eating, it slowers your digestive system, drink 30 mins after you eat, you have to drink water everyday, it helps you feel full and has no calories. Excersise everyday, the easiest is walking to a nearby store or park and back, the best excersise is swimming, you lose quick kg's by swimming.

    Cutting out the soda and sweets helps. but what really helped me was just simple walking. I was suprised that i lost about 25 lbs by simply walking about 20 - 25 minutes a day. nothing crazy, just at a fast pace.

    I'll help ya out =) I wrestle, (my final year in high school is this year) and every year I have to cut down in a correct manner or it hurts my whole season.

    *When you're feeling KIND OF hungry, Drink 1-2 Full Glasses of water.
    *You'll gain a small amount of water weight, your body wont hold THAT much, so to lose the small amount, break a sweat WARMING up for an activity. Get your body warm before you go for your 20 min jog. And you'll lose it easily
    *Cut down on some HUGE 3 meals a day. I learned that if you eat about 5 smaller ones, and a GOOD DINNER at no later than 7 it helps also.
    *Balance out your groups, dont go full grain diets, or low-carb. Theres no reason someone can't lose weight without altering their eating schedule severely.

    GOODLUCK!! ANd keep the faith! Most the time people give up before the results even start to show, fight through it and look at the end picture =)
