How long have you been together? Would you like to feel that way about her one day? Obviously if the answer to that question is no, I agree you should break it off, but if it is just because You're not there (in love) and she is doesn't mean you can't make it there.

Aww there is never an easy way to break up with someone. I suggest in person. It shows that you care enough to have that kind of courtesy.
