Just wondering, Does it have to be new? & is it one poem per person?

  • Singthesorrow

It doesn't have to be new.
Maximum is two, but I'd prefer one.
    Your choice.

That Sweet Taste Upon My Lips

    Cacodemonic I am,
    Lips tainted of glory
    Declining;
    Dracula once fell,
    into limbs of invite.

    Venturing from darkness
    was his weakness, for
the scent of blood in her
    eyes.
    Illuminated
    misconception;
    staked thine heart.

    Cacodemonic I am,
    The Queen of bats.
    Blood upon these hands;
    create a scent of desperation.
    Glory to my taste buds
    I abstracted Dracula from
    his throne.

    A modern lamia;
    Seducing Dracula to death.

    Melody Of Thirst

The melody of Manson wisps though out the air,
"If I was your vampire" plays upon the atmosphere,
Trickles down the spine the thirst for lusting blood,
Puncturing the flesh with a stench of desire rising.
Her lips of crimson colored gore, upon a paled face.

"I am no Dracula" she whispers into blood rushing ears,
"How cliche of you" wiping her only life force away,
Turning the radio up "Death waits for no one." strikes a cord,
Humming along with Manson, Again she repeats the song,
"If I was your vampire" what other song could possibly play?

    I'm completely not a vampire fan.. So here's a challenge :)

    Edit:

    Vampire

Waxen fingers trace an outline across her stiffened skin
Running down her taught neck, across her chin, to her ruby lips
A gaunt face leans closer, she smells his putrid breath
Whispering lurid fantasies into her disquieting ears

A crystal tear slides unwillingly from her dark brown eyes
As he caresses her soft hair, as he slowly unfastens her dress
His penetrating stare puts fearful thoughts into her innocent mind
A sleazy, bitter, laugh as his eyes fixate on her exposed neck

A seedy smile creeps across his face, involuntarily, she shakes and quivers
His piercing nail makes a small incision along her vulnerable cheek
A dry tongue licks away the droplets of crimson life
No longer holding back emotion, her tears flow free

Sinking ivory fangs into her delicate, pale neck
She strives to scream, silence, her body shakes then she is still
Drinking, her blood feeds his inhuman addiction
Enshrouding her lifeless body with a sheet, he absconds into the sinister night.

    Blood's sweet toxicityby MyLonelyDisaster

Running through the forest at midnight,
    Atmosphere black as pitch
No moon or stars are out tonight,
Ready for the fight for your life?

Now the prey in the hunt, he should have known
That such a soul should have be left alone.
Smell sickly sweet that odor? Lying on your breath?
Thats the tragic scent, of forbidden love's death.

    Verboten love's tantalizing kiss.
Has left you in a troublesome abyss.
Protection now, is what you miss.
All from a simple, yet deadly kiss.

Vampyric blood flows through your soul
Do not fight it, 'tis what makes you whole
One which thrives, in the darkest of night,
Should not try, to be a fool of the light.

How asinine, Darling you have been.
    Foolish, desperate Vampyric child.
Pretending to be a normal human within,
When in fact you are immortal, sinful, and wild.

Now you've let go of your insecurities,
and realized humans are simply impurities
So from the thrill of the chase feel true felicity
and taste the kiss of blood's sweet toxicity

    Vampire

Lethal touch of lips sketches frigid heart,
    time-bomb on the shores of Styx;
remember the days when dreams wore crimson gowns,
    dancing through sanguineous pupils...
fingers still yearn for your pallid skin.

    Glacial whispers embody temptations
of auras merged within sinful embrace.
    Your hourglasses confessed out loud-
kiss upon the neck ignites boulevards of eternity.

    -Devil-

    He was the moon
but black against a silver sky,
shading you in colours unknown to the day.
Listen to the tongue in your ear
as blood drips from painless wounds,
and a kiss to seal what's left of your humanity.

(Devil girl, I can see your style,
I know you'll only be around for a little while)

    He took a flower,
    red like unscarred roses
and white against the poet's black soul,
his memories would die within the flower.
    Nothing true ...
but 'neath the bitter stars of rue,
a love bathed in immortality, renewed.

    (Devil woman, you've got style,
just wish you'd love me a little while)

But like a stain on memories
a jagged scorpion knife, in a butterfly's hands,
    she kissed him back
    and sorrows left dormant,
anger swirling in the depths of loneliness,
it all drained from his veins.

    Devil woman, you've got style,
I just wish you kept me alive a little while ...
