People Of Pandemonium

I am the manager of a club called People of Pandemonium. We are not active and there's just me and another assistant. We are looking for a second assistant. We already have people wanting to join. Here is the description Below. If you want to become one just apply and we will read some of your poetry and see who we like the best. Thanks.

A place where the poets who write about violence, war, death, hate etc. Not necessarily in all of their poems. But focus on the subject in general. Originality is a must, and especially unique topics. In other words, not a lot of love poems. All styles accepted. Unless poems do not rhyme.

Just because it is the opposite of what you write about cuz all you write is your love poems you don't have to make remarks like that.

Its your club so it's your business but don't you think that stifles a persons creativity to tell them what they can write about? No offense but I think its sad to prefer violence and hate over love.It would seem to me the world needs just the opposite!

I'm not saying they need to just write that, but have the general mindset. Read my poems they go all over the place.

What a contradiction. Unique topics...hmmmm. You have already laid down the genre.

A poem does not have to rhyme to be good. As this is a literary site, an authors creativity should not be limited but rather encouraged to learn and grow.

No wonder you aren't active.......everyone is probably confused!

FIrst of all a said originality is a must okay? Not unique topics.

Second of all a like rhyming and reading poems that rhyme and I want to read the poems of my members. It's just what I prefer. And I said UNLESS they don't rhyme.

Third of all it's a preference.

Fourth of all if you have something bad to say about the club why waste your time posting it. And we have members waiting but we just need another assistant manager.

What's the big deal here!!!....he has a criteria for his club, most clubs do, if it doesn't fit or you don't agree or want to join don't!!!.....

I didn't post it up here to discuss the club but I was hoping to find a second assistant manager. And yes other clubs have a criteria, and I am defending myself. I did not say anything wrong unless it was an answer to someone else.

And I don't have a clue why everybody gets on here and leaves these remarks. I didn't know this site was suppose to be like this. You know? I'm sorry for making my club different than the other ones.

I think when you are ok with being rude to someone like Cyrano, it annoys the people reading this. To be honest you sound as if you want a place where you can rule. They write what YOU like to read,and then in addition it has to fit what YOU think is a good subject matter.You may have members right now but I wouldn't think they would stay long.

Let's just end this thread, I don't want a place where I ca n rule. I want a place where the members have similar ideas i their poems. Like many clubs want people with similar interests so does this one. Check out my assistant manager, her name is Kail, just search it in the search for members part. She doesn't just write about death, in fact she barely ever does, but her basis is sad poems. I'm sorry for being harsh but I just got disappointed that everybody would react the way they did. And I apologize to Cyrano cuz what he said was nothing in relation to the other posts. Well sorry
