How do you know?

I'm pretty sure i am totally in love with my boyfriend. but I've never felt like this before with ANYONE, so how do i really know if i am in love with him?

I've been with him for 2 years and i've never had second thoughts for this whole time we've been together. Is it stupid to think i'm in love at 16?

It's not stupid to think it, but just always keep in mind, this is just the beginning and many feelings can be confused when it comes to love, especially the line between love & sex.

You know you're in love, when you can see yourself with this person in the future, & being happy with them. You love someone who loves you back, he makes you feel like you're the only one & he feels like your only one.

I knew when I was actually in love when I would look into his big brown eyes, and they would make me feel like this was it this is how it'll be forever, & I just got lost in that safety and love.

But of course 16 = CAUTION, because if things go wrong (touch wood that it doesn't) it hurts SO much worse you're 'in love' > Love is dangerous, & you should experience it, & you should have a person who tells you he'll be there forever and he'll keep that promise, but it all depends on how much of it is true love, or chemical hormones telling you to ...

And maybe he is the one, or maybe something will happen and you'll fall even DEEPER in love with someone else ...

Such is life.
