Okay so, this is not our year. So ironic how its the 3rd year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina...and now we have Gustav....bummer..I am currently in SW Louisiana...were it's headed..west..how lovely. BUT I do think that people are freaking out tooooo soon. Understandable to be prepared but it's ridiculous how people are being so freaked out. It has the entire gulf coast to choose from..I think they need to get that out to EVERYONE in the gulf coast to prepare..NOT just Louisiana..we are not just the primary target. Who thinks that everyone is getting a little out of hand..i mean...gas is GONE EVERYWHERE. There is no gas at any station..none..nada....zippppp! Who agrees with it...(this doesn't include new orleans) But who thinks that SW louisiana is getting out of hand...( don't say that I am being ignorant and selfish of whatever..i live ere so don't try that on me..i went through rita :)

These hurricans don't stop do they.
^probly is the end of the world who knows.
but this way or the other nothing is certain, people shouldn't be running away from this... if you're suposed to be in the midst of it you will no matter where you go... it could change corse anytime.

I don't know too much about it yet,but I guess if you went through Katrina you might have a tendency to panic!

Gustav is actually waaayyyy smaller than they anticipated, it got categorized down to a level 1 last night. People were saying it was gonna be the storm of the century. I guess not.

Now I guess Hannah is the hurricane to worry about, right? I heard it's a category 4? My sources are from Georgia, they've been getting rain almost every day from these dern hurricanes.

I don't believe it's the end of the world. Don't get your hopes up, people. ;)

You will be in my prayers. I agree with Lucas. It is about time the government takes action and does something about all this. I know it seems that they are all taking this pretty seriously, but it will be greatly appreciated when it saves several lives.

Ha no more Gustav lovely to southwest louisiana and texas we got IKEEEE. Funny name...anyway so yeah. It really does suck but no one is evacuating just taking percaustions and well that would so totally suck if it did was Rita and changed path and came direct for southwest louisiana because that was a frickin nightmare cuase i was actually in Rita. So yeah this hurricane season sucks on top of it i live in a mobil home and two trees infront out of the city limits so i am kinda out there so yeah it does really suck. So yeah well for all that you are letting us into ya'lls states or cities in the near future thank you for putting up with us southern people. Lol. I know we stand out a bit but when we are in trouble we love the help. :)

Question: What the heck is up with people on here and the end of the world!? Stop worrying about it people live today like you have no tomorrow.
