    Love is to the horizon,
    Miles and miles are (in need) needed to be (run/ran) through

    in parenthesis are the changes i may or may want to add.

    I'm thinking "Miles and miles are needed to be run through."

    It's Run. Ran is past tense.

    I would use run because it sounds like it's a thing going to happen in the future.
