They just dont understand

Ok well i have fell head over heels in love with this boy. hes everything i could ask for and more. but i have one huge problem. and theres nothing i can do about it. its my parents. they dont approve of me dating him. simply because he is a mexican and im white. i have noooo problem with that what so ever. but they said that if they find out that we still go out then they will change my schools and everything. they just have no idea how much i love him. and i know im only 14 but i can honestly say that i can see myself spending the rest of my life with him. i know im in love and theres no question about it. but everything would be absolutly perfect if i could get rid of that problem and just get my parents to even try to understand and give him a chance. i love him so much. but they just dont see it. please help. i dont know what else to do. thank you all.

1st of all, that is sooo wrong. Because he is a different race you can't date him. That is messed up. I can't stand racist people. One of my best friends are mexican. We tell each other almost everything. I am also very close to her family. Mexicans are sweet. Why hate on them? Haha

2nd of all, hun, I know that being so young you think you are in love and all. But the thing is, 80% of teenagers are right there with you and think the same thing. And 70% of that 80% are wrong and break up eventually. Trust me when I say, you are young. You have plenty of time to think about getting married and finding the right one.

What's wrong with liking someone that's a different race? I think it's fine. And try to be understanding, it may just be puppy love but love is an important part in life, if it doesn't work out now, then you'll understand it a little better in the future and might find a better person.

The only thing that I am goin to comment on is this:

you are only 14 you have your whole life ahead of you...trust me one day you think you love him and then next week he or you have found someone else!
think about it before you start thinking marriage and spending you whole life wit him.

I agree with every single person here. Cept for sluvious. Not Important is right. Getting involed with stupid people when you are 14 is what builds a person up to when they are actually ready for a real and more meaningful relationship. Heck those dumb realtionships all made me the person I am today.
