confused and scared

ive bin with my adoring bf mike for a long time now but he wants 2 take it further he is planning on askin me to marry im at his birthday party in 4 week i found out because his best friend cant keep a secret at all and im confused on what 2 say and im scared by the fact that if i say no i will lose him............what should i do?
