God has nothing to do with anyone being in any physical situation (such as jail). For instance I heard a joke that I want to share with you:

A man is out on his boat and it springs a leak. It starts to sink and he finds himself in the ocean, clinging to one last piece of the boat that he could salvage and keep himself afloat.

He screams "GOD! HELP ME! SAVE ME!!" And he knows in his heart that God will.

So a boat goes by and wants to give the man help.

"No, God is going to save me." He says, and turns the boat away.

A rescue plane flies over and a man comes down on a ladder, wanting to pick up the man.

"No, God is going to save me." The man says again, and he turns the plane away.

A cruise liner passes and someone yells, "Man overboard!!" and throw the lifesaver down to the man. Again, he turns it down, claiming God will save him.

He finally dies and goes up for his meeting with God. He says "God, why didn’t you save me? I waited for you to save me. I attended church every Sunday all my life, I prayed to you and Jesus nightly. I have been a faithful follower, and you let me die. Why?"

God looks at the man, and he calmly says

"I sent you a boat, I sent you a plane, and I sent you a cruise liner. What else did you expect me to do?"

The point of this little story is that God is not in charge of people or physical things beyond their own influences. God does not interject because then we would not learn our lessons. If God were willing to bail everyone out then we wouldn’t learn anything, and what would the point of being human be??

KIKI: Yes, God is a loving God, but He is also righteous, and just. If you don't abide by His laws, He can do whatever He wants to you.
God never said in Revelation that He will "kill" Satan, just doom him unto the Lake of Fire. Besides, what would it matter if no one was ruling Hell? It's not like you could enjoy yourself there anyway, or cause any problems, so a ruler is not necessary in a place of intentional anarchy.

Broken: Yes God is loving. That's basically all you want to see. That's the only part of God anyone wants to see...

However, God is also Righteous. He is a judge, and He will judge those accordingly. Nothing happens in the world unless God allows it to, whether you wish to see that or not.

I believe in God. Even if there's no hard proof for his existance, believing in a thing as good as Him, can really help you through the troubled times, and give you hope.

I'm not sure if i believe in God...sometimes i feel he was just someone made up, so that people would obey rules and act peacefull. There are plenty of times when i have been on total misery, and i have asked God for help, but he never asnwered. But then again, i have become a stronger person because of all of those times, so maybe 'God' made them happen to me because he wanted me to be stronger, and that goes for anyone else...and anyway, who decided that god was a dude??? WHY ISN'T GOD A CHIC??? it's so sexist...without women, there would be no babies on earth, even though guys make them, we produce them...hehehe. anyway, going off track...god may be real, but 'she' also may not be...it's difficult to say.
